Role Overview

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN. Your guidance and encouragement will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support teachers in delivering individualised learning activities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
* Adapt resources and lesson materials to meet the needs of individual pupils
* Foster pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in lessons
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Candidate Profile

The school is seeking someone who is patient, caring, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
