SEN Teaching Assistant – Reading

£85 – £105 per day | Full-time
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Reading is looking for a dedicated SEN TA to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed SEN TA to make a real difference in the classroom. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team focused on helping every child achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The Role
As an SEN TA, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. The successful SEN TA will help create a positive and engaging learning environment where all children can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting individual learning plans
* Working one-to-one and with small groups
* Adapting resources to suit different needs
* Encouraging independence and confidence
* Liaising with teachers, parents, and external professionals
About You
The ideal SEN TA will be patient, caring, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
