The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital PMO Resource to join Robert Walters as a Consultant.

As a Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an assignment within our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional support.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the full cycle delivery of digital and data projects, aligning with organisational strategy and governance standards
• Develop and maintain core delivery artefacts, including project plans, schedules, risk/issue logs, RAID registers, progress reports, and stakeholder communications
• Support requirements gathering and ensure complete traceability from definition through delivery
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers to achieve milestones and deliverables on time
• Establish and uphold robust controls for compliance with internal processes, data governance, and security standards
• Monitor progress against scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues to maintain delivery confidence

What You Bring

• DV (Developed Vetting) clearance required
• Proven track record leading full-cycle delivery of digital and data projects within complex, regulated environments
• Demonstrable expertise in developing and maintaining delivery artefacts
• Strong background in requirements management
• Solid understanding of internal controls, data governance principles, and security standards in highly regulated settings
• Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and influencing abilities
• Adaptable and resilient
