Are you a skilled mechanic who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and loves helping drivers get back on the road? As a Superflex Roadside Mechanic you’ll be the trusted hands‑on expert who delivers fast, reliable assistance wherever it’s needed.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues – from fault codes and electrical problems to flat tyres and battery failures.
• Provide courteous, customer‑focused service that reflects the employer’s high standards.
• Manage your own toolkit, keep the company van fully stocked, and complete accurate service reports.
• Make independent decisions on‑site to ensure the quickest, safest solution for each member.
• Travel to call‑outs across the region, including occasional overnight stays when required.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 2 light‑vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with solid technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to respond to short‑notice assignments and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

Working Conditions

• Average of 40 hours per week, with rosters issued seven days in advance and core hours confirmed three days prior.
• Shift patterns run between 06:00 and 02:00, covering early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• You’ll be equipped from day one with a dedicated company van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and a diagnostic kit.
• Base location is within the employer’s service region (exact site disclosed at interview).

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong base pay: £50,669 per year, with overtime and bonuses taking total earnings up to £57,000.
