EA to CEO - Global Manufacturing Organisation
Location: Reading (1-day WFH)
We are working with a highly regarded global organisation who are looking for an experienced and polished EA to support their CEO. This is a pivotal role within an international business, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and inspiring leader at the heart of a fast-paced, evolving company.
The successful EA will act as a true right hand to the CEO, providing seamless executive support across a broad range of business focussed duties. You’ll manage complex and ever-changing diaries, coordinate demanding international travel and logistics, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
This busy and varied EA position requires a proactive, commercially minded candidate who can anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive information with complete discretion. You’ll thrive in a corporate, global environment where priorities can shift quickly, and high standards are the norm. This role will suit someone confident liaising at Senior Leadership level and experienced in supporting C-suite executives within international organisations. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact EA role within a respected global business. Candidates should be available on no more than 4 weeks’ notice.
