Role Overview:
- Teaching Science up to GCSE level
- Supporting the leadership of the Science department
- Contributing to strategic development and school improvement
- Ensuring effective organization and administration
- Creating an engaging, nurturing, and productive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:
- Science Degree
- QTS or QTLS
- Experience teaching Science up to KS3/4
Salary:
The salary for this Second in Charge of Science position is on the MPS/UPS scale with an additional TLR2b.
