Payroll Executive

We are currently partnered with one of the world's largest tax, consulting & accountancy organisations who are seeking for a Payroll Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services to a varied client portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to high-quality payroll delivery within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing across a portfolio of clients
Ensure all payrolls are completed accurately and in line with UK legislation and deadlines
Process starters, leavers, timesheets, deductions, and statutory payments
Submit RTI filings and maintain accurate, audit-ready payroll records
Produce payroll reports and support month-end and year-end activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
Handle payroll queries and provide clear, professional guidance to clients
Perform manual payroll calculations when required
