About Us: Our Reading-based school, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, is looking for a qualified Geography Teacher to join our teaching staff. We provide high-quality education and need someone who can effectively teach and inspire students in the subject of geography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective geography lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Contribute to curriculum development and participate in department meetings.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a related field.
• Experience teaching geography at the secondary level is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with innovative teaching methods and fieldwork.
• Ability to lead geography-related extracurricular activities.
