The Role

You'll work on a varied portfolio of clients including global groups, listed corporates, PE-backed companies, and family-owned businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing compliance and reporting for complex groups
* Advising on M&A transactions, reorganisations, and restructurings
* Supporting clients with cross-border tax planning and expansion strategies
* Delivering proactive day-to-day tax advisory solutions
* Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice
* Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members

About You

To be successful, you will be:

* Professionally qualified (ACA, CTA, or equivalent) or with HMRC training
* Experienced in corporate tax with a blend of advisory and compliance work
* Commercially minded with proven client relationship skills
