Platinum Recruitment is proud to be supporting a number of nurseries across Reading, and we’re looking for experienced Chefs to join our team on a temporary, flexible basis.

This is agency work, with shifts available across multiple nursery settings depending on demand. It’s a great opportunity for chefs seeking weekday, daytime hours in a rewarding environment.

Please note: A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.

What’s Required?

• Previous Chef experience (nursery, school or contract catering desirable)
• Strong Food Safety & Health & Safety knowledge
• Experience catering for allergies and dietary requirements
• Ability to manage stock and kitchen organisation
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• Safeguarding Level 2
• Valid enhanced DBS certificate
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexible and professional approach
