In this position, the SEN Teaching Assistant will provide essential support to pupils with a variety of additional needs, working closely with teaching staff to create an encouraging and structured learning environment. Key Responsibilities
As part of the role, the SEN Teaching Assistant will: Assist in delivering personalised learning activities
Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Adapt classroom resources to meet individual needs
Promote confidence, independence, and engagement
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionalsRequirements
