I'm currently working with a market-leading professional services firm that's expanding its national Reward practice. Within this, their team is growing and looking to hire across several levels particularly at Assistant Manager and Manager level.

This team advises a diverse portfolio of listed and private companies, both domestic and global, on the design, implementation, and operation of equity and cash incentive arrangements. They offer true advisory work, partnering with clients to deliver high-impact, technically robust solutions across tax, legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Opportunities are available for professionals with backgrounds in:

* Tax, legal, or accounting (ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA, Solicitor/Barrister or equivalent)
* Share schemes tax advisory experience
* Professional services or industry roles with relevant exposure

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

* Advising on the structure and design of incentive plans
* Supporting implementation and operation of plans in the UK and globally
* Navigating tax and legal implications for employers and employees
* Drafting plan documentation and employee communications
* Engaging in business development and client relationship building
