International Corporate Tax Advisory Manager - Flexible Location - 100% WFH

Clark Wood have been instructed by one of the UK's most respected Professional Services Firms, who are offering the chance to work 100% from home. Our prestigious client are looking for an experienced International Corporate Tax Advisory Assistant Manager or Manager.

This International Corporate Tax Advisory role offers genuine scope for career development and progression as part of this international advisory boutique who services range from tax and audit to global outsourcing and HR.

You will report into the global head of tax advisory and have responsibility for advising client across areas of direct taxation and transfer pricing working with clients in sectors such as pharmaceutical, technology and manufacturing.

Some exposure to International Advisory work is very important for this role:
Research and prepare advice and services across multiple jurisdictions on core international tax areas including Corporate Tax, Permanent Establishment, TP, WHT etc.
Transfer Pricing benchmarking analysis – partnering with clients on a global basis.
Supply Chain and Functional Analysis and preparation of supporting Transfer Pricing Documentation.
Advising on tax efficient group structures, trading arrangements and holding company locations.

Working as part of an interconnected global team you'll be responsible for liaising with partners and directors whilst supporting more junior team members. Skills:

CTA & or ACCA/ ACA Qualified
