Pay Scale: £90.00 – £105.00 per day

A specialist school in Sonning Common is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with a range of needs, including PMLD, autism, and physical disabilities.
The successful Complex Needs Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils, providing tailored support to meet their individual learning, sensory, and physical needs.
This Complex Needs Teaching Assistant role will involve:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting with personal care when required
• Supporting communication and sensory development
• Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists
The ideal Complex Needs Teaching Assistant will have experience in care or education and a compassionate, patient approach.
