What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

Supporting daily financial transactions, including processing invoices and payments to ensure accurate records
Assisting in bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintaining and processing debtor and creditor ledgers with a focus on diligent credit control
Contributing to the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and assisting with audits
Providing general support to the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial regulations
Experience in billing, ledger management, or treasury functions
Strong organisational skills, with an attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with excellent communication abilities
Proactive, team-oriented, with a high degree of integrity and a desire for professional growth
