A leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked full-service commercial law firm based in Reading is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ years’ PQE) to join its highly respected Commercial Property Development team .

Your Role Will Involve:
- Acquisition and disposal of development land
- Planning and infrastructure agreements (including Section 106 and CIL)
- Secured lending and development finance
- Site set-up for residential and commercial schemes
- Drafting easements, covenants, and handling non-contentious construction matters
- Advising on SDLT and related tax issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property or Property Development
- Strong knowledge of planning, infrastructure, and land acquisition
- Ability to lead transactions and build client relationships
- Interest in developing the firm’s property offering through BD and marketing
