About the Role

The school is seeking a dedicated Psychology ECT to contribute to the teaching of A-Level Psychology , supporting a department that consistently delivers exceptional outcomes. You will teach motivated, ambitious students and play a key role in enriching the department's academic offer.

The school provides a comprehensive ECT induction pathway, including weekly mentor meetings, subject-specific training, and opportunities to observe experienced practitioners.

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to teach A-Level Psychology with confidence and enthusiasm
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Social Sciences
• Reflective, resilient, and eager to develop as a teacher
• PGCE/QTS with a specialism in Psychology
• Legal right to work in the UK
