Responsibilities

* Manage and develop a portfolio of larger commercial clients
* Lead key client relationships and act as a senior point of contact
* Oversee renewals, placement strategy and wider account planning
* Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen existing accounts
* Work closely with broking, claims and servicing teams to deliver consistently high standards
* Negotiate with insurers and present solutions in a clear, commercial way
* Support junior colleagues and contribute to the wider success of the team
