Teacher of Music

Teacher of Music - Required for September 2026

We are looking to recruit an outstanding Teacher of Music, ideally with choral leadership experience to join our well-established and successful Music department. This is an ideal opportunity for an ECT or a more experienced teacher to teach Music to GCSE and A level, and to lead and develop our choral provision, including for formal Chapel services. For suitably experienced candidates, this may include an additional allowance as Assistant Director of Music.

You will be an excellent classroom practitioner and ensemble leader with an infectious passion and enthusiasm for Music. You will be able to teach lessons which enable pupils of all ability levels to make excellent progress. We welcome applications from candidates in either the state or independent sectors. Confident, functional keyboard skills are essential for the classroom aspect of this role.
