An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor (NQ – 2+ PQE) to join a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked Family Law team at a leading full-service law firm in Reading.
This is an excellent role for a junior family lawyer looking to develop their expertise in high net worth financial remedy work and private children matters , working closely with a recognised Family Partner.

The Role
You will join a well-established Family Law department working alongside experienced fee earners on a broad caseload, including:
- High net worth financial remedy and divorce matters
- Private children law cases , including Child Arrangements
- Supporting a Family Partner on complex and high-value cases
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court applications
- Contributing to business development, marketing and legal content
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) – NQ to 2+ years PQE
- Experience in Family Law (training seat or post-qualified)
- Strong interest in high net worth financial work and children matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Proactive, commercially aware and keen to get involved in BD and marketing
