Accounts Payable Specialist
The Accounts Payable Specialist will have:
- Process and verify supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related queries.
- Prepare and review payment runs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and account reconciliations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
