The Senior Associate Employment will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, supporting employer clients across various sectors. This Senior Associate Employment role will involve handling complex tribunal matters, advising on TUPE, restructures and redundancies, as well as providing day-to-day HR advisory support. The Senior Associate Employment will also play a key role in client relationship management and may support on business development initiatives, gaining strong exposure to high-quality work and clients.

The Senior Associate Employment
The successful Senior Associate Employment will ideally have:

6+ years' PQE within Employment law
Strong experience advising employer clients
A solid background in both contentious and advisory work
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
