Accounts Payable Supervisor - 9 Month FTC
- Supervise the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial records related to accounts payable activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts payable performance and key metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments within accounting & finance to improve processes and workflows.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
