Clinic Manager Position - Up to £50,000 (DOE) - Based in Central Ready at a Fantastic ENT Clinic - Full Time Position only

We are seeking a motivated Clinic/ Practice Manager to join a respected independent private clinic in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, professional environments

About the Clinic
You will be reporting to the UK Operations Director, serving as the cluster Non-Clinical Accountable Officer and key partner to the cluster Clinical Accountable Officer, leading all non-clinical elements of the hub and its associated satellites to drive world class patient care and a financially efficient business,
As a Clinic Manager, you will support consultants, nurses, and wider clinical teams to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care. The role offers exposure to a range of specialties including Urology, ENT, and more, making it an excellent opportunity to broaden your clinical knowledge and gain valuable hands-on experience in a respected private setting.

Clinic Manager Position Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative and support staff.
• Oversee billing, coding, revenue cycle, and financial reporting.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and clinic performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance and Risk Management
• Maintain high standards of patient service and address concerns promptly.
• Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and facility needs.
• Support physicians with administrative reporting and strategic initiatives.

Clinic Manager Position Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of healthcare management experience, specialty clinic experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
