What You’ll Be Doing:

• Compensation Management: Develop and administer competitive compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive programs tailored to the EMEA region.

• Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards.

• Market Analysis: Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure total rewards offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with people teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to align total rewards strategies with business goals.

• Policy Development: Create and implement policies and procedures related to total rewards, ensuring consistency and compliance across the region.

• Communication: Lead efforts to educate employees about total rewards programs, ensuring clarity and engagement.

• Data Analysis: Use data analytics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of total rewards professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is preferred.

• Experience: Extensive experience in total rewards management, with a focus on compensation and benefits in a multinational organization.

• Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of EMEA labor markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and drive change in a dynamic environment.
