The Role – Employment Solicitor

As an Employment Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on a full range of employment law matters , including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract
• Manage Employment Tribunal litigation , with opportunities for advocacy
• Provide strategic advice on TUPE, redundancy, restructuring and HR advisory issues
• Support on the employment aspects of corporate transactions (M&A, due diligence)
• Work closely with clients, delivering commercial, pragmatic legal advice
• Participate in business development, client training and seminars

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–4 years’ PQE in Employment Law
• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Strong technical knowledge of UK employment legislation and tribunal procedures
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• A proactive, commercially-minded and solutions-focused approach
