What you NEED

• Proven hands-on experience within Building Management Systems
• Background in service, maintenance, support, commissioning or projects
• Ability to diagnose faults across BMS controls, plant interfaces and HVAC systems
• Experience with one or more major systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Cylon or similar
• Strong client-facing communication skills and professional approach on site
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on BMS systems
• Diagnose and rectify controls, communication and plant integration faults
• Support upgrades, modifications and improvement works
• Undertake commissioning or software adjustments depending on experience
• Liaise with clients and site teams professionally
• Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
• Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives
