Data Insight Specialist

We are recruiting a Data Insight Specialist to join our Branded Products Team based in Reading.

Responsible for providing strategic direction and decision-making around the use of data to drive business performance. Lead data collection, cleansing, analysis, and presentation efforts to support all departments and senior stakeholders.

In this key role, you will:

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives
• Provide insights and recommendations to support key decisions and relevant stakeholders
• Manage data collection, cleansing, and analysis efforts
• Develop and present dashboards and reports for senior management
• Collaborate with all departments to drive data-driven excellence
• Collaborate with, support and develop key relationships with global colleagues in line with business data strategies
Monthly demand planning, preparation and forecasting

Qualifications

Graduate in relevant analytics, business intelligence or information management subject

Technical Skills and Abilities

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Knowledge and practical experience of mainstream data analysis tools for visualisation, manipulation, and database management
• Relevant experience in business setting in utilising data to aid decision making and drive data excellence strategies

• Good communicator
