The Opportunity & School Profile
This supportive primary school seeks a reliable Site Manager on a part-time basis to oversee premises standards. The school needs a highly responsible individual who can manage site security and ensure that maintenance and compliance tasks are executed efficiently on scheduled days, maintaining the nurturing environment for all pupils.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
- Compliance Coordinator: Ensuring routine security checks, H&S compliance, and maintaining accurate maintenance logs.
- Repair Supervisor: Liaising with the Business Manager regarding reactive maintenance and supervising external specialist visits.
- Operational Support: Managing the locking/unlocking procedures and overseeing basic maintenance needs during the working week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Proven site management experience and strong H&S and maintenance skills.
- Salary Range: Competitive salary (pro-rata, based on full-time equivalent of £34,000 - £38,000).
- Support: Generous Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
