HP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Collaboration Specialist to join our Public Sector team to drive our Poly portfolio within Healthcare, Local Government & Education.

Responsibilities
Sell the HP Poly portfolio, including Video, Voice and Headset devices – into Public Sector customers
Organize and lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions to promote best practices of the poly portfolio.
Use specialty to leverage existing opportunities and branch into more than one BU in the account.
Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develop a core understanding of the unique business needs.
Engage partners effectively to improve win rates
Generate new leads for HP solutions and collaborate with other specialists or partners as needed.
Enter opportunities in pipeline tools and update them weekly. Recommend and implement Pipeline management practices.
Build and deploy a territory account plan across Healthcare, Local Govt and Education.
Act as a first interface for customers as fronts a virtual team where applicable.
Identify customer requirements, match with HP capabilities.
Working and supporting the Barcelona sales Hub and all field account managers.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Sales or similar OR equivalent experience (typically around 1-3years working experience)
Can demonstrate experience and understanding in audio/headset market and effectively position HP in customer environments
Can demonstrate commercial acumen which will be basis for all discussions
Passion about technology and innovation
Self-motivation, confidence and fast learning skills
Creativity, proactiveness and strong inter-personal abilities
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
