We are working with a school who are recruiting for an organised and committed DT Technician for a May half-term start in Reading. This is a full-time, permanent role in a school that prides itself on "Pride in Achievement" and its pioneering approach to technology.
The Role The successful candidate will provide essential technical support to the Design & Technology department, ensuring all workshops remain safe, well-ordered, and inspiring environments. You will be responsible for the preparation of timber, plastics, and metals, as well as the maintenance of fixed machinery and CAD/CAM software. We are looking for a professional who can lead by example and ensure that the curriculum is delivered with total precision.
