The role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 Biology, Chemistry, or Physics depending on specialism and experience. In addition to delivering high-quality lessons, the successful candidate will take on a TLR-linked responsibility, which may include curriculum leadership, mentoring, or leading a key area within the Science department.

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS and a degree in a Science-related subject

• Proven ability to deliver strong outcomes at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Experience or readiness to take on a leadership or responsibility-focused role

• Strong classroom practice with high expectations for behaviour and achievement

• Commitment to collaborative working and continuous improvement
