The Role:
We are looking for a motivated English ECT to join our dynamic English Department. You will benefit from comprehensive support and professional development opportunities to excel in your teaching career.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress and attainment.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student ownership of their learning.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and share best practices.
• Participating in school-wide activities and contributing to the school community.
