Role Description

The Client Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Theale, Reading. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing proactive advice tailored to client needs, and overseeing the delivery of business, tax, and financial planning services. The role demands a client-centric approach, ensuring timely responses, solutions, and the highest standard of quality in every interaction. Regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
• Accounting and Taxation expertise, including compliance with regulatory standards
• Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
• Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, AAT) are a strong advantage
• Prior experience in client-facing roles and with minimum of 3 years recent practice experience required.
