Year 3 Teacher - Inclusive School in Reading

We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant, inclusive school in Reading from January 2026. This permanent position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with the potential for a TLR for the right candidate.

Position: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered
TLR: Available for subject or phase leadership (for the right candidate)
As our Year 3 Teacher, you will:
- Lead an enthusiastic class through the transition into Key Stage 2
- Deliver engaging lessons that promote independent learning and resilience
- Assess progress effectively to ensure high standards
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- (If applicable) Take on leadership of a subject or phase area
What We’re Looking For
- QTS and experience teaching in KS2
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment
- Creative, reflective, and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
