Our Graduate Programme – Built for Your Future We offer a structured 2-year Graduate Scheme designed to accelerate your development and give you real-world experience across our business. During the programme, you will:

• Rotate across multiple sites and projects, gaining exposure to different engineering environments.

This isn’t a “sit and watch” graduate role, you’ll be actively involved, learning by doing, and making a genuine impact. What You’ll Be Doing As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll work alongside Project and Contract Managers to support the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from concept through to delivery and handover. Your responsibilities will include:

• Championing high standards of Health & Safety through site supervision, inspections, and best practices.
• Conducting site inspections and preparing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
• Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing materials, parts, and labour.
• Assisting Project Managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Managing and obtaining permits to work.
• Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively and motivate others
