A specialist SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a full-time opportunity to work with children and young people aged 4–18 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), Autism, and associated medical or physical needs.

* Role: Complex Needs Assistant
• Location: Reading
• Salary: £89–£100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care graduates or those passionate about SEN
• Experience: Preferred but not essential
As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual EHCP targets
• Assist with personal care and mobility where required
• Support communication using visual aids and alternative communication methods
• Help implement sensory and therapeutic interventions
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals
