Position: English Teacher

Our school is looking for a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about fostering a love for literature and language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and rigorous English lessons across different age and ability levels.
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English literature and language.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student success.
