Are you a dedicated and passionate class teacher looking for a new role after Easter 2026.
Do you come from a background teaching within KS1 and are confident with teaching the curriculum to a high standard?
If so, this role could be ideal for you. A well-regarded primary school in Reading are seeking a new Year 3 Teacher to join their KS2 Team from after Easter 2026. Within this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent teaching and learning opportunities and working within the KS2 National Curriculum to ensure that each child makes progress in their education.
With this new Year 3 Class Teacher role, there is also the opportunity for additional responsibilities should this be desired by the chosen candidate.
* Demonstrate a catalogue of experience working as a primary school teacher
* Display excellent classroom management skills
* Be enthusiastic about the learning of all pupils
* Have the opportunity for additional TLR should this be desired
The school benefits from excellent public transport links, making travel convenient for the successful candidate. On-site parking is also available.
Due the school being two-form entry, they also offer the advantage of shared planning and marking across the cohort, allowing for a culture of strong collaboration between colleagues.
The school are seeking a candidate with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and welcomes applications from experienced practitioners, and Early Career Teachers alike.
