Please note, that there is also an option for this role to be part time.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and detail driven Surveyor to join our growing team. This role will focus on undertaking lender and private valuation work, delivery accurate and timely reports whilst maintaining excellent client relationships.

Duties will include:

• Undertaking lender and private valuation work.

• RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 surveys (previous experience not essential).

Skills required:

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS

• Registered Valuer

• Will also need to be IT literate and able to communicate well with the business.
