- Set and operate presses.
- Deputise for the Shift Team Leader when required.
- Produce quality parts while meeting output targets.
- Carry out checks in line with ISO procedures.
- Ensure quality standards are met and high standards of housekeeping are maintained.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Attend meetings and contribute ideas for improvements.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and others at all times.
- Assist in developing the competencies of team members by identifying training and development needs, and working with the Team Leader and Production Planner to address them.
