Commercial Property Solicitor – 1-3 PQE

About the Firm & Team
A top regional law firm with a strong commercial property practice is expanding. The team advises clients from SMEs to corporates and public sector bodies. Junior and mid-PQE lawyers are given real responsibility, exposure and support , in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload including:
- Freehold & leasehold property sales and purchases
- Grants and taking of leases
- Licence matters (licences to occupy, assign, restricted use)
- Landlord & tenant management
- Corporate property support
- Draft and negotiate leases, purchase/sale agreements, licences and other property documents
- Provide clear, commercial advice to clients
- Liaise with clients, advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Contribute to business development and help grow client relationships
About You
- Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in commercial property
- Experience in one or more of: leasehold/freehold acquisitions/disposals, landlord & tenant matters, leases/licences, corporate property support
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client-care skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Confident dealing with clients from SMEs to large corporates/public sector
- Interest in business development and growing a personal property practice
