Our client, a reputable and established Bodyshop Group in Berkshire, is currently recruiting for a Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join their growing team. This Bodyshop Workshop Controller position offers an excellent salary package, a supportive work environment, and clear opportunities for career progression.

Benefits:

Up to £45,000 basic salary with an OTE of £55,000
Monday to Friday working hours (7:30am – 5:00pm) with occasional Saturday shifts

Ongoing training and development opportunitiesDuties of the Bodyshop Workshop Controller:

Independently manage the Bodyshop workshop, including allocating work to technicians
Maximise productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Monitor workshop performance and meet KPIs set by the management team
Oversee and develop a motivated team of technicians as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller
Manage customer requests and communication effectively
Maintain workshop safety and compliance standards
Support the Bodyshop Manager in achieving operational targets and enhancing customer satisfactionRequirements:

Previous experience within a bodyshop environment, ideally in a supervisory or management capacity
Proven ability to independently run a busy workshop
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Close attention to detail and quality standards
