A welcoming and well-respected SEN school in Caversham is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and associated social, emotional, and mental health needs.
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them to develop confidence, emotional regulation, and positive learning behaviours. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals in a nurturing and structured environment.

* Role: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Location: Caversham
• Salary: £89–£100 per day
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Ideal for: Psychology or Criminology graduates, or those aspiring to work in Educational or Child Psychology
• Experience: Preferred but not essential
