We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science ECT to join a thriving and well-resourced Science Department at an Outstanding secondary school in Reading . This full-time, permanent position offers exceptional mentoring and development for an Early Career Teacher eager to make a strong start in their profession.

Experience and Qualifications
• Science ECT with the ability to teach across KS3/4 (and KS5 if confident)
• Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics welcomed
• Strong academic background and enthusiasm for innovative teaching
• QTS or PGCE completed by January 2026
• Legal right to work in the UK
