Procurement Digital Platforms Analyst

You’ll help shape and optimise procurement workflows, support new platform rollouts, and collaborate closely with teams across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Technology and Procurement. If you’re passionate about process improvement and digital innovation, this is a great next step.

Location: Reading (3 days on-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise procurement workflows across multiple platforms.

• Manage backlog items, testing, deployment and improvement reviews.

• Support new digital tools including intake/orchestration, autonomous sourcing and catalogue systems.

• Coordinate super users, gather feedback and lead user training to drive adoption. • Oversee user access, system performance and platform issue resolution.

• Use data insights to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.

Experience Required

• 3+ years in digital platforms, workflow design or procurement system support.

• Experience with workflow tools (BPMN, Visio or similar) and agile methods (Jira/Azure DevOps).

• Strong understanding of procurement, finance or supply chain processes.

• Knowledge of procurement systems (Oracle, Coupa, ZIP etc.). • Confident communicator with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Who We’re Looking For
