Construction Project Manager (6m Contract - On-Site)
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4; including document and commercial management experience
• Experience of working on Telecoms and Construction projects (on-site), with exceptional stakeholder & subcontractor management skills
• Scheduling on-site delivery, including access for sub-contractors, as per agreed timelines, ensuring Cellnex requirements are met, amongst the other contractors on-site.
• Managing on-site commercial, contractual, sub-contractor engagements with the end-client - ensuring clear understanding internally and with our build partners
• Risk analysis, management and mitigation, dealing with all contractual issues including contractual disputes and events
• Compiling applications, early warnings and notifications of compensation events Experience
• Proven commercial management experience within telecoms or construction.
• Strong understanding and hands-on application of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Demonstrable experience managing on-site construction operations.
• Experience managing client-facing commercial and contractual engagements.
• Skilled in identifying and mitigating project and commercial risks.
• Ability to compile applications, early warnings, and compensation event documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
