What you will do

* Lead corporate tax compliance across complex cases, raise the bar on quality and risk management
* Deliver advisory on reorganisations, transactions and due diligence, with direct client exposure
* Review work, coach juniors, and build capability across the team
* Partner with senior colleagues on proposals and pitches, contribute to growth without pressure-selling
* Nurture long-term client relationships across multiple sectors

What you bring

* Strong corporate tax technicals across compliance and advisory
* A track record of managing a portfolio and delighting clients
* Current Manager ready to step up, or Associate Director looking for a clear path to Director
* Commercial instinct, collaborative mindset, and pride in high-quality output
