The role involves teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 Biology, Chemistry, or Physics depending on specialism and experience. Alongside high-quality classroom teaching, the successful candidate will take on a TLR-linked responsibility, which may include curriculum leadership, mentoring, or oversight of a key area within the Science department.

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS and a degree in a Science-related subject

• Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Strong subject knowledge and high expectations for student outcomes

• Experience or readiness to take on a responsibility or leadership role

• Ability to contribute positively to departmental development

• A flexible and proactive approach suited to an ASAP start
