Our school offers a unique opportunity for a new Deputy Head to join our Senior Leadership Team with a focus on raising standards, inclusion, and behaviour. As an excellent communicator, you will inspire confidence among pupils, parents, and staff. Your role will involve leading the provision of raising standards across the school, ensuring the emotional, physical, and intellectual wellbeing of all pupils. You will provide strategic leadership and management, fostering confidence in pupils, parents, and the pastoral team.

• Degree
• QTS or QTLS
• Management experience

Salary:

The salary for this Deputy Head position is on the Leadership Scale, ranging from £67,000 to £81,000.
